In Q4 2024, the Scotch-Brite® brand identified an incremental sales opportunity by leveraging consumer insights and competitive market analysis. This led to the creation of the "Merry + Brite" seasonal portfolio collection, designed to excite consumers and encourage impulse purchases during key retail shopping moments through "lite-touch" NPIs.
Challenge
Grow Core and growth consumer targets and bring “new” news to the category.
Success
A cross-functional team quickly mobilized to support this initiative, completing the entire stock number setup process in an average of 9 calendar days—an impressive 90% reduction compared to the CBG average of over 90 days. The 2024 "Merry + Brite" collection served as a trial run and a launching point for a full 2025 program, which is expected to generate $2.5 million in incremental sales for the brand. Three additional seasons in 2025.
