Sylvania Redesign.

As LED technology continues to grow and provide consumers more benefits, brands are being challenged to communicate the benefits and provide an easy shopping experience. Sylvania was looking to redesign their unpack communication, develop a tiering strategy, and design an efficient packaging structure that minimizes material cost while improving its pallet efficiency. This new design celebrated a unique window into the product, showcasing the product to consumers for an easy shopping experience. It also created structural brand blocking and effectively translated a consistent VBL across its SKU's. The new structure provided footprint reduction (46% less footprint) and eliminated thermo-formed parts which resulted in savings on total packaging costs.
